Yes. The $499 build is yours forever — if you ever leave the monthly plan, you keep the site and we hand over everything you need to host it elsewhere.
$19.99 plus GST ($20.99 on your statement) covers hosting, domain and SSL management, security, backups, performance and uptime monitoring, website fixes, priority support, access to the HyperSites iOS app, and two small content-update requests a month — existing text, photos, hours or services. New pages, redesigns and custom features are quoted separately.
